Wishing to introduce wines that are different onto the market, we have moved away from an established deep-rooted tradition of winemaking on the Peljesac Peninsula. Such a move required a lot of determination. The strength of the wind, blowing in one's face and thrashing one's bones, drove us to reconsider what we had learnt about making wine from our father and grandfather. We decided not to abandon or neglect the old tradition and wisdom of making wine. On the contrary, we kept the precious golden secrets of viticulture and grape selection, and changed the things we did not like. Guided by the desire to create the wines for our pleasure, we have followed this vision and paved our own way.
